Luxury Apartment Marbella, Full Reformation

We are proud to present this newly completed apartment, with a modern take on Moroccan style and design.

This apartment was originally two separate properties. Working closely with the architects and builders who joined the two together, we were able to create this wonderful new space with a vast double terrace.

In collaboration with the client, we chose beautifully crafted, modern pieces of furniture and lighting, with a Moroccan influence.

The Majorelle blues – as seen widely throughout Marrakesh and in the famous “Jardin Majorelle” – feature throughout in our choices of fabrics and accessories.

Due to the joining of these apartments and the client’s love for entertaining, the outdoor area was a key focus in the project. We designed a custom-made dining table to seat twelve, as well as providing an outdoor kitchen and bar area.

These practical elements were combined with different seating areas, covered with brightly coloured cushions from Romo’s latest collection. The fountain and ‘Glowbus’ firepit complete the chillout areas at the end of the terrace. The backdrop of ‘La Concha’ mountain is a wonderful focal point to accompany the extensive planting and ambient lighting.

Overall, we successfully combined traditional Moroccan influences with modern design. The warmer colour palette unifies the apartment, allowing the more boldly coloured decorative elements to shine.
